Common questions
Who counts as an active user?
Anyone in your firm with active or invited status. People you deactivate aren't counted or charged for.
Do firms I invite have to pay?
No. Accepting invitations and working on engagements is free.
Can I switch between Free and Pro?
Yes, at any time. If you move to Free, you keep what you've built, such as groups you created, but you can't create new ones.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period (or immediately, with no refund). An admin can reactivate your account later.
Is our information safe?
Your data is encrypted, each firm sees only its own information and what others share with it, and we never sell personal data. FirmLinks uses AI from Anthropic, and your content is never used to train AI models. Read our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Do you offer pricing for alliances?
